Should a problem arise, we will take care of it.  

When we offer a replacement or refund

In the following cases, we offer free replacement or a refund:

• Damaged item  

• Production defect  

• Incorrectly delivered item

Right of withdrawal  

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you receive the goods.  

Returns  

In case of a cancellation, please announce the return in advance by email:
info@lyxero.de

This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Please send the goods if possible:

• unworn

• undamaged

• complete

back.

The use of the goods to check fit, quality and properties is permitted.  

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that goes beyond inspection.  

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal  

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the legally provided exceptional cases pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).  

Return shipping costs  

The buyer bears the direct costs of the return shipment, unless there is an error on our part.

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be issued immediately and at the latest within 14 days via the originally used payment method.
